And in the Torah that is in the hands of the People of the Book.
That the serpent was the one who led Eve to eat from the tree.
She was among the most beautiful and greatest forms,
Eve ate because of the serpent's words, and she fed Adam.
And there is no mention of Iblis in it.
At that moment their eyes opened, and they realized they were naked.
Then they joined fig leaves together and made aprons.
And in it they were both naked.
And so Wahb ibn Munabbih said:
Their clothing was a light over his private part and over her private part.
And what is in this Torah that is in their hands is an error from them.
and a distortion and an error in the Arabic rendering,
Indeed, translating speech from one language into another is not something everyone can do.
And especially those who hardly know Arabic well,
Nor can he fully grasp the meaning of his book either.
For this reason, their rendering of it into Arabic contained many errors, both in wording and in meaning.
The Glorious Qur'an indicates that there was clothing on them in the verse:
He strips off from them their garments to show them their private parts.
So this does not occur for any other from the speech.
