Arabic vocabulary
How to say “acts of worship” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَنَحْوِ ذَلِكَ دِينًا وَطُرُقًا وَعِبَادَةً
And similar to that: a religion, ways, and acts of worship.
وَعِبَادَة — and acts of worship. The wa- links a closing specifying item, the accusative ending again marking it as a complement, 'worship/acts of worship'. It rounds off the trio of categories, all naming what the supposed submission is wrongly elevated into.
