الْعَرَبِيَّ — in Arabic. An adjective matching its noun, the writing, in case, definiteness and gender, which is how Arabic shows a describer belongs to a particular noun; here it specifies the script as Arabic. That agreement ties it to 'the writing' and not to anything else.
