وسوق أَرْزَاقهم إِلَيْهِم
And bringing their provisions to them.
وَسَوْقُ — And bringing. 'And' plus a verbal noun 'driving / conveying', first term of an 'of' pairing — 'the driving of their provisions'. A verbal noun names the act as a thing, here one more item in a running list of God's doings; it owns the noun that follows.
