أَمْرَضُوا كَبِدِي وَانْحَلُّوا جِسْمِي
They made my liver sick and they wasted away my body.
جِسْمِي — my body. A noun 'body' carrying a first-person 'my' fused on as possessor, 'my body', and standing as the object of the wasting-verb. The attached pronoun marks ownership in one word. It is what they are said to have worn down, completing the parallel lament.
