لَا يَظْلِمُهُ،
He does not oppress him,
يَظْلِمُهُ — he oppresses him. A present verb, 'wrongs, oppresses', subject 'he' inside and '-hu' the object 'him'. Negated, it states the first duty: 'he does not wrong him'.
