أَيُّ يُقَلِّلُ تَشَاغُلَكُمْ بِالنَّوَافِلِ ؛
That is, it reduces your preoccupation with the supererogatory acts.
تَشَاغُلَكُمْ — your preoccupation. A verbal noun for 'being preoccupied', carrying -kum 'your (plural)', and serving as the object of the reducing verb, so it takes the accusative object ending. The attached pronoun makes it 'your preoccupation', the thing said to be lessened.
