Arabic vocabulary
وَجَدُوهُ is how you say “they found him” in Arabic. Hear it pronounced and see it used in a real example sentence from classical texts below.
فَقَاسُوا فَوَجَدُوهُ
So they measured and found him.
فَوَجَدُوهُ — so they found him. This is a past-tense verb carrying both its plural subject 'they' inside and an attached object pronoun 'him' on the end: 'they found him'. The leading 'fa-' chains it to the measuring just before, presenting the finding as the result of that act.
