تحذير من الشَّيْطَان

Warning from Satan

عِبَادُ اللهِ تَفَكَّرُوا فِي إِخْرَاجِ أَبِيكُمْ آدَمَ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ دَارِ الْأَمَانِ

O servants of Allah, reflect upon the expulsion of your father Adam from Paradise, the abode of safety.

وَهُبُوطُهُ إِلَى دَارِ الذُّلِّ وَالْهَوَانِ

And his descent to the abode of lowliness and humiliation.

وَكَانَ سَبَبُ ذَلِكَ المَلْعُونُ الشَّيْطَانُ

And the cause of that was the accursed Satan.

وَقَدْ نَهَاكُمْ مَوْلَاكُمْ عَنْ طَاعَتِهِ وَأَمَرَكُمْ بِمَعْصِيَتِهِ

And your Lord has forbidden you from obeying him and commanded you to disobey him.

فَإِنَّ فِي طَاعَتِهِ سُخْطَ الرَّحْمَنِ

For obeying him brings the wrath of the Merciful.

ومعصيته توجب سُكْنى الْجنان ونزول مَحل الرضْوَان

And disobeying him earns dwelling in the gardens and reaching the abode of divine pleasure.

قَالَ اللهُ الشَّيْطَانُ يَعِدُكُمُ الفَقْرَ وَيَأْمُرُكُم بِالفَحْشَاءِ

Allah said: 'Satan threatens you with poverty and commands you to immorality.'
