Avoid those who oppose the people of the Book and the Sunnah, lest their loss infect you.
Be wary of two enemies by which most of creation has perished.
The one who obstructs the path of Allah with his doubts and embellished words, and who is deceived by his worldliness and leadership.
For the one created with strength and readiness for something, their pleasure is in using that strength for it.
And the joy of one created with strength and readiness for intercourse is in exercising his strength in it.
And the joy of one created with the power of anger and retribution is in employing their furious strength on its objective.
And those created with the power for eating and drinking experience pleasure by exercising their strength in them.
And for those created with the power of knowledge and understanding, their pleasure is in using their strength towards knowledge.
And for those created with the power of love for Allah, and returning to Him, and devotion to Him with the heart, and longing for Him, and intimacy with Him, their pleasure and bliss is in using this strength for those purposes.
And all pleasures other than this pleasure are fleeting and perishable.
And the best outcome is that it is neither for him nor against him. Attention!
