Narrated Abu Hurayrah, he said:
A man said, 'O Messenger of Allah, which of the people is most deserving of my good companionship?'
He said, 'Your mother.'
He said, 'Then who?'
He said, 'Your mother.'

Prophetic traditions repeatedly teach that mothers have the foremost claim to good companionship and obedience, and that paradise is beneath mothers' feet.
Narrated Abu Hurayrah, he said:
