So the thief is left with only the third house, which he launches an attack on.
So let the intelligent one reflect on this example thoroughly,
and apply it to the hearts,
as they are patterned upon it.
So a heart that is devoid of all good,
which is the heart of the disbeliever and the hypocrite,
that is the house of Satan,
which he has taken for himself and inhabited,
and made it a dwelling and a place of stability.
So what could he steal from it,
when it contains his treasures and holdings,
and his doubts, illusions, and whispers?!
And a heart filled with the majesty and greatness of Allah, love for Him, awareness of Him, and shyness before Him,
So what Satan could dare to approach this heart?!
And if he wanted to steal something from it, what could he steal?!
At most, he might occasionally manage a snatch or grab from him when the servant is caught off guard in an unavoidable moment of heedlessness;
Since he is human,
and the laws of humanity apply to him, including forgetfulness, error, distraction, and the dominance of nature.
