Ibn Abbas said.
When Ishmael grew up.
He married a woman from Jurhum.
Then Abraham came.
So he did not find Isma'il.
So he asked his wife.
She said, 'He went out to seek for us.'
Then he asked her about their livelihood.
She said, "We are human beings in distress and hardship."
And she complained to him.
He said, "When your husband comes, recite the greeting of peace over him."
And when I told him, he changed the threshold of his door.
When he came, I told him.
My father said that.
And he has ordered me to separate you from the truth with your family.
The author said.
This hadith also shows Isma'il's astuteness.
And Sulayman said.
Two women went out with two boys.
Then a wolf came upon one of them.
They then began to argue over the remaining child.
So the two of them brought their dispute to David, peace be upon him.
So he ruled that it belonged to the elder of the two.
Then the two of them came to Solomon, peace be upon him.
He said, "What is your matter?"
Then the two women told him the story.
Then he said, "Bring me the knife."
Cut the boy between you two.
The younger woman said, "Shall I cut him open?"
He said, "Yes."
She said, "Don't do it; my share from him belongs to her."
So he said, "He is your son."
So he ruled in her favor.
And the sending of Solomon.
To what was reported about the rebellious among the jinn.
So he brought him.
When he was at the door of Sulaiman.
He took a stick, then he measured it against his arm.
He threw it behind the wall.
So it fell before Sulayman.
He said, "What is this?"
Then tell us what the marid did.
He said, "Do you all know what he wanted?"
They said, 'No'.
He said, "He says, do as you wish."
So indeed you will come to such a place on the earth.
And Abu Hurayrah said.
While Solomon, son of David, was walking in his procession.
When he passed by a woman who was crying out for her son, she cried, "O my son!"
Then Sulaiman stopped.
And he said, "Indeed, the religion of God prevails."
So he sent to the woman and asked her.
She said that her husband had gone away and that he had a partner.
His partner claimed that he had died.
And he instructed that if you give birth to a son, name him Yaladin.
So he sent to the partner, and he admitted that he had killed him.
So Suleiman killed him, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
And Muhammad, son of Ka'b al-Qurzī, said.
A man came to the Prophet Suleiman.
He said, "O Prophet of God, I have neighbors who steal my geese."
Then he called for the prayer to be held in congregation.
Then he addressed them and said in his sermon.
And one of you steals his neighbor's geese.
Then he enters the mosque with the feathers on his head.
Then he wiped his leg with his head.
So Solomon said, 'Take him, for indeed he is your companion.'
And it was narrated that Iblis came to Jesus, peace be upon him.
So he said to him, "Do you not claim that nothing will befall you except what God has decreed for you?"
He said, "Yes indeed."
He said, 'Then throw yourself from this mountain.'
So if safety is decreed for you, you will be safe.
He said to him, "O cursed one, indeed God tests His servants."
It is not for the servant to test his Lord.
