Hasten, hasten before it is too late.
Life is short, deeds are many, and death comes suddenly.
So seize the days of your youth before your old age.
And your health before your sickness.
And your free time before you are busy.
And your wealth before your poverty.
And your life before your death.
For indeed you do not know when your end may strike you, so you will regret when regret is of no use.
And know that every moment of your life is capital for you,
So either you trade in it with obedience and profit, or you trade in it with disobedience and lose.
And Al-Hasan Al-Basri said:
"Son of Adam, you are but days; whenever a day passes, a part of you goes."
So hasten to good deeds,
And increase in righteous actions,
And weep over your sin,
And repent to your Lord.
And do not delay today's work until tomorrow, for perhaps tomorrow will not come to you.
