زَلَّةٍ — a lapse. An indefinite noun standing as the second thing to remember, set parallel to the earlier blessing and so wearing the same object-style ending the imperative governs. Left indefinite, it means 'a lapse / a slip', some fault. The clause after it specifies which lapse is meant.
