وَيُسَمِّونَ هَذَا حَقِيقَةً
And they call this a reality.
حَقِيقَةً — a reality. An indefinite noun in the object-style ending, marked by its 'an' ending, serving as the second object of 'call', the label given. So 'they call this a reality': two objects, the thing and its name. Its indefiniteness presents it as 'a (so-called) reality'.
