Arabic vocabulary
How to say “adherence” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَلُزُومِ خُمْسِكَ فِي جَمَاعَةٍ
And adhere to your five prayers in congregation.
وَلُزُوْمٍ — and adherence. The opening wa- here adds a second duty alongside the first command, on a verbal noun ('clinging to / keeping to') that names the action as a thing. It then heads a possessive chain with the next word, so it sets up 'and keeping to your...', the suffix on the next noun naming what.
