Arabic vocabulary
How to say “attributes” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَعَنْ شَمَائِلِهِمْ
And about their attributes.
شَمَائِلِهِمْ — their attributes. A plural noun carrying a 'their' fused onto its end. Governed by the preceding preposition, it takes the 'of' (genitive) ending, and the suffix ties the trait back to the people in view rather than restating a separate 'their'.
