فَاسْتَفَادَ مِنْهُ فَوَائِدَ جِمَّةً،
Thus he derived abundant benefits from it.
فَوَائِدَ — he benefits. A plural noun serving as the object of the deriving verb, in the object form. It is what was gained, the benefits themselves. The case ending marks it as the thing the verb produced.
