فَأَخْبِرْهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَكَ أَمْرِّيُ
So tell them to wait until my matter reaches you.
يَأْتِيَكَ — comes to you. The verb is in its subjunctive shape after the limit-word, with the attached 'you' as the one reached. The particle drops the plain present ending, marking the coming as the anticipated event, and the suffix names its recipient.
