Arabic vocabulary
أَعْطِ is how you say “give” in Arabic. Hear it pronounced and see it used in a real example sentence from classical texts below.
قَالَ خُذْ فَأَعْطِهِمْ
He said, "Take it and give it to them."
فَأَعْطِهِمْ — so give it to them. Begins with the connector 'so/then', then a command verb 'give' with 'them' attached as object, so 'so give them'. The connector links the giving to the taking. A command verb already addresses 'you', so no subject pronoun is needed.
