Arabic vocabulary
How to say “go to” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَكَانَ يَلْحْقُ بِغَارِ حِرَاءِ
So he would go to the Cave of Hira.
يَلْحْقُ — go to. A present-tense verb holding its own 'he' subject, kept present under the framing 'was' to express a repeated, habitual journeying. So the action is read as something he did again and again, not just once.
