بَأْسَ — harm. This noun sits in the fixed accusative shape of the 'none-whatsoever' construction — 'no harm'. Paired with the preposition coming next it forms the set phrase 'no harm in it', i.e. it is permissible. The bare ending is the signature of total negation.
