Cure an ailment with the body you are destroying... and cool down a flame with the heart you are igniting.
مُضْرِمُهُ — are igniting it. An active participle 'kindler' with '-hu' (it) attached as object, the predicate — 'its kindler'. The participle does verb-work: 'you are the one setting it ablaze'.
