If you want to make a man your brother, then anger him before that.
تُؤَاخِيَ — make someone your brother. A present verb in the subjunctive, its mood set by the 'an' before it, on a pattern that signals mutual or reciprocal action, here forming a bond of brotherhood with someone. It carries its 'you' subject inside and takes the following 'a man' as object. The pattern itself conveys the two-way relationship.
