عَرْفُ الْعُبُودِيَّةِ الْمُتَعَلِّقَةِ بِرُبُوبِيَّةِ اللَّهِ
He recognizes the servitude related to the Lordship of God.
الْمُتَعَالِّقَةِ — the related. An active participle working as an adjective 'connected / related', and it agrees in gender and definiteness with the noun before it. That matching is how you know it describes 'the servitude', not something else.
