كَانَ الْوَزِيرُ ابْنُ يُوْنُسِ الْحَنَبَلِيُّ قَدْ عَقَدَ مَجْلِسًا لِلرُّكْنِ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ ابْنِ عَبْدِ الْقَادِرِ الْجِيلِيِّ،
The minister Ibn Yunus al-Hanbali had convened a session for al-Rukn Abd al-Salam ibn Abd al-Qadir al-Jili,
لِلرُّكْنِ — for al-Rukn. A preposition 'for' fused to a definite title 'al-Rukn', naming the person the session was held for. The preposition governs the following name into the genitive, and the long name-chain after it all stays in that governed case.
