فَأَقْبَلَ الشَّيْطَانُ يُخَلِّطُ بِالْبَيَانِ شُبْهَةً
Then Satan came, mixing a doubt into the statement.
الشَّيْطَانُ — Satan. A definite proper name acting as the subject that does the coming. It follows the verb, the normal Arabic order where the doer comes after the action, and its nominative shape marks it as that doer.
