فَأَقْبَلَ الشَّيْطَانُ يُخَلِّطُ بِالْبَيَانِ شُبْهَةً
Then Satan came, mixing a doubt into the statement.
شَبِّهَا — a doubt. An indefinite noun in the accusative shape, the thing being mixed in and so the direct object of the action. The tanwin ending (an added '-n' sound) marks it as both indefinite and the receiver of the verb.

And whoever acquires a doubtful gain hopes to erase it by piety.
شُبْهَةً — a doubt. An indefinite noun in the object (accusative) form because it is what the condition-verb acquires. Its ending marks it as the direct object, the questionable gain; left indefinite, it keeps the case general, applying to any such doubtful acquisition.
