She brought me into a room and shut me in.
أَغْلَقَتْ — she shut. A past-tense verb with the -at ending marking 'she' as the doer, 'she shut'. Its subject is the same wife from before, carried over by the 'and', and the thing shut, and on whom, is spelled out by the prepositional phrase that follows.
