وَكَلاَمًا مَا هُوَ بِالشِّعْرِ
And speech that is not poetry.
وَكَلاَمًا — and speech. Opens with wa- 'and', adding this noun to what was heard before. It stands bare without 'the' to mean 'speech' in general, and its ending is the object case, marking it as another thing observed.
