  And anything that violates them is a harm.

  نَقَضَهَا — violates them. 'undoes / violates them,' with '-ha' for the principles — the verb of the relative clause. The 'them' reaches back to the five foundations; whatever tears them down is the opposite of a benefit, as the predicate says.
