A solitary meaning waiting for someone to embrace it.
يَنْتَظِرُ — waiting. A Form VIII verb, 'waits / awaits,' describing the orphaned meaning (no 'which' needed, the noun being indefinite). Its object comes via the relative 'one who' next: it waits for SOMEONE to take it in.
