لِتَحْصِيلِ — to acquire. Here 'li-' is the 'in order to' marker fused to the front of a noun of action, setting up the purpose: 'for the acquiring of'. The word itself is the noun naming the act of obtaining, and it heads a possessive chain with the noun that follows.
