How to say “at al-Sunh” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بِالْسُّنْحِ
And Abu Bakr was at al-Sunh.
بِالْسُّنْحِ — at al-Sunh. A 'with/at' preposition fused to a definite place-name, forcing it into the oblique ending. The little prefixed preposition is what fixes the location of the whole clause.
