ولا يركن إلى اعتقادها من يلوح نجاحه،
And no one whose success is apparent should rely on believing in it.
اِعْتِقَادِهَا — believing in it. A Form VIII action-noun, 'believing / holding as creed,' in the -i form after 'to,' with 'it' (the wisdom) attached. What the successful man does not lean toward: ADOPTING this metaphysics as belief. Its subject 'whoever' follows.
