ولا يركن إلى اعتقادها من يلوح نجاحه،

نَجَاحُهُ — his success. 'his success,' the subject of 'shows' (the -u), with 'his' attached, held back after its verb. The man whose success is EVIDENT does not rely on this metaphysics — the mirror of the previous sentence's man. The reason follows next.
