وَمِنْ أَيِّ شَيْءٍ يَنْزِعُ الْوَلَدُ إِلَى أَبِيهِ
And what draws the child to his father?
الْوَلَدُ — the child. A definite noun 'the child' standing as the doer of the inclining verb, in the doer-ending. The 'the' marks it as the specific child in view, and it is what is being drawn toward the father.
