فَقَالَ الْمحبَّة لَا تَجِيء بالتعليم
He said, 'Love does not come by teaching.'
تَجِيءُ — it comes. A present-tense verb 'comes / arrives', its subject (love, feminine) inside — 'does not come'. Love is not had on demand.
