Arabic vocabulary
How to say “come to an end” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
مَا عِنْدَكُمْ يَنْفَدُ
What you have will come to an end.
يَنْفَدُ — it will come to an end. A present-tense verb, 'it runs out', with its subject (the 'what you have' topic) understood from earlier. The present shape here states a general, certain truth about that topic, not a one-off event. It is the comment the sentence makes about its opening 'what...'.
