Arabic vocabulary
How to say “completed” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فقتله فكمل به مائةً،
So he killed him, completing a hundred.
فَكَمَّلَ — so he completed. This is 'so' plus a Form II verb 'completed / made full', subject 'he' inside. The doubled-middle pattern carries 'bring to completion'. So with this killing he rounded out the count. It pairs with the phrase next to say what he completed.
