Arabic vocabulary
How to say “concern” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَيصير هُوَ وَحدهُ هَمَّهُ دُونَ مَا سِوَاهُ
And He alone becomes his concern, to the exclusion of all else.
هَمَّهُ — his concern. 'Concern / preoccupation' with '-hu' (his) attached, the predicate of 'becomes', accusative ('-a') — 'becomes his sole concern'. The accusative ending marks the role God comes to fill for the servant.
