Having too many types of food confuses the body's nature.
مُحَيِّرٌ — confuses. This is the predicate of the sentence, an active participle meaning 'causing confusion'. It works like an adjective doing a verb's job, describing the whole act named by the subject; with no verb 'is' present, it simply stands beside the subject as its comment.
