الْمُفْسِدَةَ — corrupting. This is an active participle used as an adjective describing the preceding object, so it shares its accusative ending and definiteness. Non-human plurals in Arabic take a feminine-singular adjective, which is why this modifier is singular even though its noun is plural. It names what those occurrences DO: they corrupt.
