مَتى رمت طلبي فاطلبني عنْدك
Whenever you seek Me, then look for Me within yourself.
رُمْتَ — you desire. A past-tense verb 'sought / aimed at' with the '-ta' (you) ending; inside such a 'whenever' clause the past form reads as a general 'you seek'. Its object comes next.
