مَتى رمت طلبي فاطلبني عنْدك
Whenever you seek Me, then look for Me within yourself.
طَلَبِي — my request. A verbal noun 'seeking' with '-i' (my) attached, the object of 'sought', accusative — 'My being sought', i.e. to seek Me. The suffix is the object of the seeking: Me.
