وَلَا يَكْرَهُهَا إِلَّا مُؤَنَّثُهُمْ
And only the females among them dislike it.
مُؤَنَّثُهُمْ — their females. A noun for 'the female one' ending in -hum 'their/of them', so it fuses the noun with the group it belongs to. The -hum points back to people generally, marking 'the females among them' as the lone exception that dislikes the salt.
