قَالَ تَزَوَّجْتَ
He said, "Did you get married?"
تَزَوَّجْتَ — you got married. Past-tense verb carrying a -ta ending that pins the doer as 'you' (a male). With no separate question word, the yes/no question here is signalled by intonation alone, asking whether the listener has married.
