How to say “grant a good ending” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَأَنْ يَخْتِمَ لَنَا بِخَيْرٍ،
and that He grant us a good ending,
يَخْتِمَ — may He conclude. A present-tense verb whose 'ya-' prefix carries a 'he' subject, pushed into its softened shape by the particle before it. That softened form gives it the prayerful 'may He conclude' reading, marking the sealing as something asked for, not stated.
