Arabic vocabulary
How to say “with good” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَأَنْ يَخْتِمَ لَنَا بِخَيْرٍ،
and that He grant us a good ending,
بِخَيْرٍ — with good. A 'bi-' prefix fronts an indefinite noun to mark the manner of the sealing, 'with good', completing the conclude-verb before it. The bare, no-'the' shape keeps it general, and in a prayer it carries the sense of a favourable end.
